• All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
• Donations are used for veterinary care, food, shelter, and operational costs.
• We are a registered non-profit, and eligible donations are tax-exempt under section 80c.

4. Adoption Policy

• Potential adopters must complete an adoption application and screening process.
• We reserve the right to deny any adoption request if we believe it is not in the best interest of the dog.
• Adopted dogs must not be used for breeding, illegal activities, or mistreatment.
• If the adopter can no longer care for the dog, they must return it to our NGO.

5. Foster Care Agreement

• Foster families must ensure the safety, health, and well-being of the dog.
• Regular updates on the dog’s condition may be required.
• The NGO retains ownership of the dog while in foster care.

6. Volunteer Guidelines

• Volunteers must follow all safety and care instructions provided by the NGO.
• An misconduct or mistreatment of animals will result in immediate termination of volunteer privileges.
• The NGO is not responsible for any injuries sustained while volunteering.

7. Use of Website and Content

• All content on our website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Karm Straypet Foundation and cannot be used without permission.
